We created the new menu for HMB. Their dishes always consist of three ingredients, a concept that we gratefully used as a starting point for the design.
The white riso ink was printed in advance, and the dishes are later custom printed onto the main menu. As the menu changes regularly, the restaurant can update the card whenever they need.
The environmentally responsible paper contains almond fibres, giving the menu card a texture that we deem very fitting for this top notch restaurant.
The chef or sommelier can recommend a course by using a personalized stamp. The paper’s visible fibres add some extra liveliness to the various inks.
